SYNOPSYS : Mark saved Steel's life during the Vietnam war but was then captured. Later, he was released and now he's coming home. But the plane never arrives; so Steel, Phil and Tony go to his rescue. With the help of Mark they succeed in wiping out the terrorists and take the hostages home.
